Today I am writing about value for money.

To be honest, we know that every customer has their own budget. Their own idea of what is value for money. Something that might be reasonably priced for some, can be expensive for others. But we treat all of our lovely customers the same. We care for all of you. We want to help wherever we can.

So, we thought if perhaps we told you our first principles, it would help.

We avoid false advertising.

Truth is of the utmost importance to us.

Using the highest quality of ingredients and packaging comes next.

After this, getting the order to you safely, and on time, is often a customer necessity.

Thus, we use Royal Mail because the majority of posties are really decent when it comes to helping out by “leave in outside cupboard” — or “leave at back door”.

We are not saying that couriers are wrong, but we have stuck with Royal Mail since 2008, and in all that time we reckon the parcels lost could be counted on less than five fingers.

So, because it’s a lovely day in Ayrshire (it rained a lot yesterday), and a brand-new customer made our day with a note saying the Persian Silk Morning Moisturiser “smells Devine” put a smile on all of our faces, we thought we’d share a little of our generosity with you.
