Ingredients: Aqua (water), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus leaf) oil, Lavandula Angustifolia Herb (Lavender English) oil, Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Pogostemon cablin (Patchouli) oil, Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid), Maleleuca Leucadendron Cajuputi Leaf (Cajeput) oil, potassium sorbate, Cymbopogon flexuosus (Lemongrass) oil, Dehydroacetic acid, Tocopherol (vitamin E), sodium benzoate.
Cautions: May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Contact with eyes should be avoided.
Allergens: Limonene, Geraniol, Linalool, Citral, Geraniol, Eugenol, Citronellol.

I use this mainly for the back of my neck as it tends to get ratheer sore especially when i am gardening and bending down a lot. This cream gives a lot of relief and blends into the skin extremely well. Also occasionally suffer from backache and find it very soothing and pleasant to use.
